Brittany Cross, MA
Brittany Cross assists attorneys nationwide with all areas of the litigation process. She specializes in a variety of consulting activities including focus group and mock trial research, jury selection, voir dire, community attitude surveys, witness preparation, and case theme development. Brittany’s background in criminology and mental health law and policy brings a unique perspective to the TFP team. She has extensive experience with contract, personal injury, medical malpractice, pharmaceuticals, product liability, commercial litigation, employment law, and wrongful death litigation.
Brittany has collaborated with trial teams across the country in both civil and criminal litigation. Notably, she successfully assisted plaintiffs’ counsel in the Norberg v. Badger Guns case by developing a jury selection strategy, crafting a juror questionnaire, and aiding in jury selection. Brittany has also received successful outcomes for numerous clients including Hard Rock Cafe, Caterpillar, and SOLiD, Inc.
Brittany received her Master’s degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida and her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. She has published several articles on abnormal behavior, mental health, and substance abuse.
